Cancellation
A paid subscription may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation does not affect access through the current paid period and automatic renewal stops at the end of that period.
14-Day Refund Right
You may request a no-reason refund within 14 days of an initial paid purchase or paid subscription renewal by contacting support@fiyox.com, preferably from the email associated with your account.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed through the payment or reseller provider that handled the purchase and, where possible, returned to the original payment method. Posting times may vary by provider or bank. Suspected fraud or refund abuse may be handled in accordance with applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
