Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using the Fiyox website ("Site") and platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Fiyox is a cloud-based SaaS platform that helps you manage proposal creation, customer management and sales operations from a single panel. The Service includes:

• Professional proposal creation and template management
• Customer and product database management
• Sales pipeline and process tracking
• Team member management and authorization
• Reporting and analytics tools

3. Account Creation

You need to create an account to use the Service. When creating an account:

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for account security and password confidentiality
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be over 18 or have legal guardian permission

4. Usage Rules

When using the Service, you agree to follow these rules:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and business processes
• Avoid behavior that negatively affects other users
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the system
• Do not upload malware, viruses or similar content
• Respect intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property

The Fiyox platform, logo, design, software, content and related materials are the intellectual property of Fiyox. These materials may not be copied, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.

6. Pricing and Payment

Fiyox offers a free trial and paid subscription plans:

• Paid plans are billed at the beginning of the selected period
• Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance
• Cancellation requests take effect at the end of the current billing period
• The refund policy applies within 14 days from the purchase date

7. Data Ownership

All data you upload to the platform, including proposals, customer information and product data, belongs to you. Fiyox processes this data only to provide the Service. If the account is cancelled, you are given 30 days to export your data.

8. Service Level

Fiyox aims to keep the Service uninterrupted and error-free, but does not guarantee this. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Unexpected outages are resolved as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiyox cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data loss or business interruption. Our total liability will not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

10. Suspension and Cancellation

Fiyox may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms
• Failure to fulfill payment obligations
• Detection of illegal activity
• Behavior that harms other users

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Important changes are announced at least 15 days in advance by registered email and/or in-platform notification. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices are authorized for dispute resolution.
