Terms of Service

General

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of fiyox.com and the Fiyox software services. Fiyox is operated by ATOMRON TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Fiyox”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1.1 Service

Fiyox is a cloud-based SaaS platform that helps freelancers, professionals and businesses manage projects, products, suppliers, costs, pricing, quotations and related commercial workflows. Fiyox may extract product/service items, descriptions, quantities, prices and other information from PDF, Excel and similar documents using OCR, automation and artificial intelligence technologies.

1.2 Eligibility and Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fiyox. If you use Fiyox on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly to support@fiyox.com.

1.3 Plans, Fees and Automatic Renewal

Fiyox may offer free and paid plans. Current prices, features, billing periods and applicable charges are presented before purchase. Paid subscriptions such as Starter and Business automatically renew each billing period until cancelled unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. Enterprise services may be subject to custom quotations or separate agreements.

1.4 Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation does not affect access for the remainder of the current paid period. Automatic renewal stops at the end of that period and, where available, the account may move to the applicable Free plan.

1.5 Payments

Payments, subscription collection and related billing may be handled through Paddle, Stripe, iyzico, PayTR and/or other authorized third-party payment processors, payment service providers or reseller providers offered by Fiyox from time to time. The provider handling your transaction will be identified at checkout, on your receipt or in relevant transaction documentation, and that provider’s applicable purchase, payment, tax, refund and privacy terms may also apply.

For orders processed through Paddle, Paddle.com acts as the online reseller and Merchant of Record for the order and handles order/payment processing, applicable taxes, returns and order-related customer service. This provision applies only to orders processed through Paddle.

Fiyox does not store sensitive card information such as full card numbers or card security codes where those details are submitted directly to the payment provider.

1.6 14-Day Refund

You may request a refund without giving a reason within 14 days of an initial paid purchase or paid subscription renewal. Requests may be sent to support@fiyox.com. Refunds are processed through the payment/reseller provider that handled the transaction and, where possible, returned to the original payment method. Suspected fraud or refund abuse and legally required exceptions may be handled in accordance with applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1.7 User Content and Confidential Business Data

Rights in PDFs, Excel files, supplier quotations, product, customer, pricing and other data you upload remain with you or the relevant rights holder. You grant Fiyox only the limited rights required to host, process, analyze, transform, back up and display content to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis necessary to upload and process it. You should not upload unnecessary sensitive/special-category personal data, passwords or payment-card information.

1.8 OCR and Artificial Intelligence

OCR, automation and AI outputs may contain errors or omissions. Product names, quantities, units, prices, currencies, taxes or other commercial information may be misread. You are responsible for verifying outputs before sending them to customers, placing orders or relying on them for commercial decisions. Fiyox outputs do not constitute legal, financial or accounting advice.

1.9 Acceptable Use

• Illegal, fraudulent or rights-infringing use is prohibited.
• Unauthorized access, bypassing security controls, malicious code or accessing another user’s account is prohibited.
• Unauthorized scraping, abusive automation or activity that disrupts the service is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering or attempts to obtain source code are prohibited except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

1.10 Intellectual Property

Rights in the Fiyox software, source code, design, interfaces, brand, logo, documentation and Fiyox-created materials belong to ATOMRON TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ or its licensors. A subscription grants only a limited, non-transferable right to use the service subject to these Terms.

1.11 Availability, Changes and Suspension

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, security, updates or third-party infrastructure. Features may be improved, changed or discontinued. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for security incidents, fraud, abuse, payment issues or material breaches of these Terms.

1.12 Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fiyox is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect user data, unverified OCR/AI output, incorrect pricing or quotations, or indirect loss, loss of profit, revenue, business or anticipated savings. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

1.13 Governing Law

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the Company. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, competent courts and authorities in Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
